This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is between the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Monster.com to collaborate on increasing employability for students trained under AICTE. Key points of the MOU include:
1) Monster.com will provide its MonsterCollege.in platform free of cost to AICTE approved institutions to register student profiles and showcase them to employers.
2) Monster.com will differentiate AICTE student profiles with branding and provide articles/content to improve employability.
3) Monster.com will also list AICTE students trained in skill programs on its Rozgarduniya platform free of cost to connect them with employers.

The CRM softwares are one of the great tools for life insurance sector where they can track their customers term insurance, tax saving investments, life insurance, in a customizable and user friendly way. Life Insurance in its modern form came to India from England in the year 1818. Oriental Life Insurance Company started by Europeans in Calcut-ta was the first life insurance company on Indian Soil. All the insurance companies established during that period were brought up with the purpose of looking after the needs of European community and these companies were not insuring Indian natives. However, later with the efforts of eminent peo-ple like Babu Muttylal Seal, the foreign life insurance companies started in-suring Indian lives. But Indian lives were being treated as sub-standard lives and heavy extra premiums were being charged on them. Bombay Mutual Life Assurance Society heralded the birth of first Indian life insurance com-pany in the year 1870, and covered Indian lives at normal rates. Starting as Indian enterprise with highly patriotic motives, insurance companies came into existence to carry the message of insurance and social security through insurance to various sectors of society. Bharat Insurance Company (1896) was also one of such companies inspired by nationalism. With largest number of life insurance policies in force in the world, Insurance happens to be a mega opportunity in India. It’s a business growing at the rate of 15-20 per cent annually and presently is of the order of Rs 450 billion. Together with banking services, it adds about 7 percent to the coun-try’s GDP. Gross premium collection is nearly 2 per cent of GDP and funds available with LIC for investments are 8 per cent of GDP.
Yet, nearly 80 per cent of Indian population is without life insurance cover while health insurance and non-life insurance continues to be below international standards. And this part of the population is also subject to weak social security and pension systems with hardly any old age income security. ABOUT THE 3RD NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION
Fairfield-School of Law, Moot Court Society conducting this competition in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI). The competition will be in form of an oral proceeding giving real-life simulation of a court proceeding in which we see how convincing the argument is given by the student based on law and other aspects like court ethics and verbal ability. The objective of this Moot Court Competition is to develop academic and advocacy excellence among students all around the nation, inculcating the spirit of leadership and teamwork, ultimately leading to professional excellence. In this competition, a proper court scenario is created where the students act like the Counsellors (Advocates) presenting each side (Plaintiff and Defendant) based on evidence and substantive questions of law, argue with each other to prove their issues in the respective sides in front of the judges who in the end will give the judgment, rounds after rounds.
The objective of this moot court competition doesn’t only restrict itself to the spirit of competition and teamwork, whereas it gets ahead of the normal and gives chance to represent their individualities.

the name of its authorized representative who shall serve as point/s of
contact with Monster.
]'he All India council for Technical Education IAICTE) shall takes all
steps necessary to communicate to its affiliated institutions and colleges
about the Services subscribed under this Agreement and ensure that ihe
candidates register themselves on the platform.
All India council for'fechnical Education IAIC'flj) shall be solely
responsiblc for the Monster College Services appropriated by it under
this Agreement to Llsers and / or candidates. All India council for
'l'echnical liducation (AICTE) further undertakes that the Services
subscribed by it under this Agreement are solely for the purpose of its
proper appropriation to the users and/or candidates and not lor its
commercial use / rcsale purpose.
4. AICTE" will share database of persons trained under various skills and
vocati onal tra ini ng i nitiatives of "AICT[-j".
MISCELTANEOUS PROVISIONS:
1. l'he Memorandum of t.lnderstanding IMOU) as outlined in this
document is not intended to be a legally binding document. Rather, it is
mcant to dcscribe the nature and cooperative intentions ol'AICTE and
sEItvlcLl PRovlDER to suggest guidelines for cooperation. Nothing,
therefore, shall diminish the full autonomy of either party, nor any
constraints be imposed by either party upon the each other, and
nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint
venture, or agency relationship between the parties.
2. I'he use of the name, logo and/or official emblem of any of the parties
on any publication, document and/or paper is allowed only, after
seeking explicit prior permission in writing by either pany.
3. ]'he Memorandum of tjnderstanding or any part thereof may be
amended at any time during its lenure only by consent in writing of rhe
parties.
4. l'he Memorandum o[ lJnderstanding is not intended to create any legal
relation oi cmployer-employee or oi principal and agent amongst the
na rties.

5. 5' 'l'his Memorandum of Understanding shall remain valid for a period of
TWO years from the date of its signing, and can be extended on mutual
terms and conditions.
6. Through this Memorandum of Understanding AICTE and SERVICE
PROVIDER affirm their commitment to fulfill and achieve the objectives
mutually agreed upon in this Memorandum of tinderstanding.
