Ahmed Negida is an Egyptian physician-scientist who received his medical degree from Zagazig University in Egypt and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in biomedical sciences from the University of Portsmouth in the UK. His research focuses on systematically reviewing literature and conducting clinical trials to evaluate potential treatments for diseases like Parkinson's, migraines, hepatitis C, and COVID-19. He has published over 70 journal articles and book chapters on topics related to neuroscience, global surgery, and clinical medicine. Through his research synthesizing evidence from multiple clinical trials, he has informed guidelines from organizations like NICE and helped advance the treatment of various conditions.
