• After a short analysis , I arrived at the clincher that
Effective land reforms may act as an advantage to tenant
farmers. (Marginal category)
Financial assistance and Irrigation schemes to small
farmers without relying on Credit agencies.
Farming has to be intellectually stimulating and
economically rewarding for rural youths.
