AGREEMENT & TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICES<br />Silver Star Labour Supply & Recruitment Services hereinafter referred to as SILVER STAR provides Executive Search and Recruitment services to its clients.<br />Professional fee Structure<br />8.33% of total annual gross salary, for each placement made with a minimum fee of AED 3000/- (whichever is higher). Any advances initially paid but not including advances for expense reimbursements will be adjusted against the final amount payable. <br />2.The client must inform SILVER STAR the date-of-joining of the candidate before the candidate commences employment. SILVER STAR will raise the invoice once the candidate accepts the offer made by the client. Invoice(s) raised against placements made are payable within 15 days of the candidate’s acceptance of the offer. <br />                                                                                                                                       <br />Application of Placement Fees<br />If SILVER STAR is not successful in placing candidate, no fee is applicable to any charges incurred by SILVER STAR in sourcing.<br />If the client employs a candidate introduced by SILVER STAR within 6 months of the initial introduction, then fees will be applicable on the same basis as mentioned above.<br />If the client requests SILVER STAR to arrange interview(s) and the candidate is subsequently employed then the client is liable to pay the recruitment fees regardless of whether the client was already aware of the candidate or would have received the CV from another source. <br />The terms and conditions are effective from the date of signing this agreement by the client and shall be valid for any subsequent permanent staff recruitment, unless notice to the contrary is given in writing.<br />Mutual Responsibilities<br />All communication with the candidate should be routed through SILVER STAR. Candidate’s details should be kept confidential.<br />Client should not undertake any reference check without prior consent of the candidate.<br /> The client is responsible to forward a contract copy of confirmed candidate with their start date, before the candidate commences employment.<br />SILVER STAR will advertise vacancies at their expense as and when required and the decision to advertise a vacancy or otherwise and the content and positioning of the advertisement is entirely at the discretion of SILVER STAR. Any specific or additional advertising requested by the client will be invoiced to the client at a cost.<br />SILVER STAR endeavors on best effort basis to ensure the suitability of the candidates presented to the client, but does not warrant the suitability nor specifically establish references, authenticate qualifications or check medical history of any candidates. The client is recommended to verify any references and or qualifications provided by any candidate. SILVER STAR does not accept responsibility for any misrepresentation by a candidate, or any loss, damage or expenses suffered by the client as a result thereof.<br />SILVER STAR is not responsible for establishing visa status or eligibility for employment of a candidate. The client is responsible for abiding by the UAE Labour Laws and other formalities related to sponsorship, work permits, visa, etc., for candidates and no liability or expenses whatsoever in this regard shall be attached to SILVER STAR.<br />Guarantee for Replacement.<br />A replacement guarantee is applicable if a candidate employed through SILVER STAR discontinues employment within 90 days from initiation of employment for any reason other than redundancy, non-payment of salary or the client’s inability to provide visa.<br />The Client must inform SILVER STAR of candidate’s resignation or employment termination within 48 Hrs of the same.<br />Replacement will be provided only if the client has paid SILVER STAR’s placement fees within 15 days of the candidate’s acceptance of offer.<br />SILVER STAR will provide only one free of charge replacement to the client and if SILVER STAR is unsuccessful in finding such a candidate then SILVER STAR will issue a credit note valid for an year, but the fees will not be refunded.<br />

  • 1. Candidate’s details should be kept confidential.<br />Client should not undertake any reference check without prior consent of the candidate.<br /> The client is responsible to forward a contract copy of confirmed candidate with their start date, before the candidate commences employment.<br />SILVER STAR will advertise vacancies at their expense as and when required and the decision to advertise a vacancy or otherwise and the content and positioning of the advertisement is entirely at the discretion of SILVER STAR. Any specific or additional advertising requested by the client will be invoiced to the client at a cost.<br />SILVER STAR endeavors on best effort basis to ensure the suitability of the candidates presented to the client, but does not warrant the suitability nor specifically establish references, authenticate qualifications or check medical history of any candidates. The client is recommended to verify any references and or qualifications provided by any candidate. SILVER STAR does not accept responsibility for any misrepresentation by a candidate, or any loss, damage or expenses suffered by the client as a result thereof.<br />SILVER STAR is not responsible for establishing visa status or eligibility for employment of a candidate. The client is responsible for abiding by the UAE Labour Laws and other formalities related to sponsorship, work permits, visa, etc., for candidates and no liability or expenses whatsoever in this regard shall be attached to SILVER STAR.<br />Guarantee for Replacement.<br />A replacement guarantee is applicable if a candidate employed through SILVER STAR discontinues employment within 90 days from initiation of employment for any reason other than redundancy, non-payment of salary or the client’s inability to provide visa.<br />The Client must inform SILVER STAR of candidate’s resignation or employment termination within 48 Hrs of the same.<br />Replacement will be provided only if the client has paid SILVER STAR’s placement fees within 15 days of the candidate’s acceptance of offer.<br />SILVER STAR will provide only one free of charge replacement to the client and if SILVER STAR is unsuccessful in finding such a candidate then SILVER STAR will issue a credit note valid for an year, but the fees will not be refunded.<br />
