This document proposes a set of standardized and simplified project management processes targeted at small and medium enterprises conducting software development. Through observations and interviews, the document identifies common problems small enterprises face such as difficulties with communication, documentation, and assessing requirements. It then designs project management processes based on agile workflows and the business process management cycle to address these problems and help small enterprises better manage changes. The proposed processes include discovery, definition, development, demo, and delivery stages. Future work is needed to continue improving the proposed standardized processes.
