5. Process- Recruitment
Stage
01
DEFINE
We discuss and define the critical skills and characteristics of
the role, the company culture and the client expectations. We
will prepare a proposal based on our understanding, and
assign a Client Services Manager to act as a single point of
contact throughout the process

02
EVALUATE
Our team will screen and evaluate candidates on
competencies, experiences, traits and drivers, and thereafter
benchmark on the criteria agreed in the Define stage. We will
then prepare a shortlist of candidates. Each candidate then
goes through at least 2 rounds of discussion (either
telephonic/Skype/personal) with our team.
We then prepare an Executive Summary of the shortlisted
candidates highlighting key assessment points, based on the
criteria defined.
6. Process- Recruitment
Pre-interview : The Client Services Manager will coordinate
interviews with the chosen candidates. We can also assist
clients to prepare interviews guides, specific to each role.
Post-interview : We work closely with our clients on salary
negotiation, documentation, reference checks (direct &
indirect). We also guide each candidate on their queries
related to the organization, job or salary.
Once a final offer has been accepted by the client and the
candidate, we close the process, ensuring a smooth transition
of the candidate into the client organization.

Expat Amusement Park professionals
We recently concluded a search for a large diversified group which has invested in a unique
concept of a walking aviary along with interactive, experimental, edutainment-full theme of an
Exotic Bird Park In India. For this project we assisted them by hiring 2 Spanish executives for
setting up this project and managing the same. This professionals were headhunted from the
UAE.
Captive Shared Service Operation for British MNC advertising and PR company
We assisted a billion dollar MNC in setting up their Captive Shared Service operation in
India. Working closely with their global head we mapped the companies based on their
requirement and cultural needs and appointed the Chief executive for the India operation. We
also appointed multiple head of operations and executives in a span of 6 months and helped
them meet their recruitment deadlines.
Master Developer And Regulator Of Ports And Industrial Zones
We assisted a UAE based organization into maritime/ port management in their search for a
seasoned executive to manage their francophone operations in Guinea (West Africa). The
search was critical as this was the first time they were hiring in Africa and they wanted
professionals with French proficiency and past experience in a similar global operation. We
