Welcome to this advanced training on 25 Swiftpage Hacks and ShortcutsI’m Lori Feldman, President of Aviva LLC and “The Database Diva.” which was recently named the Top Swiftpage Reseller in the world. We help Swiftpage and ACT users grow their business with email and drip marketing. Today’s training was inspired by all of the calls I’ve gotten recently about how difficult it is for some users to create and modify Swiftpage templates. Since Swiftpage purchased ACT from Sage, getting help has been much more challenging, for sure. So these are the hacks and shortcuts we’ve used for many years that helps us maximize our email marketing efforts.OK, here’s how it works:Today’s presentation is being recorded. You will automatically receive a copy plus our list of resources we’ll be talking about.On your screen you should see the meeting panel, which has a place for you to enter your questions. I’ll be monitoring questions as we go and we’ll save time for Q&amp;A at the end.We want to keep this session to 60 minutes, as promised.   3. Have you ever noticed that sometimes when you open the Swiftpage editor you can’t perform certain functions or it opens in HTML?It’s not you…It’s Swiftpage.There is a browser incompatibility.Don’t use anything but Firefox to design and modify your templates
  4. One of the biggest complaints I hear about Swiftpage is how difficult it can be to work with the content editor.But if you just need to send out a quick, trackable email, here’s a tip.

But you can get a free add-on app called Email Address Lookup from Exponenciel.com that works great.Essentially
  14. Many Swiftpage subscribers don’t realize that a survey tool is built into their spe subscription. If you paid for Survey Monkey or similar, for ex., you’d pay up to $50/mo in another sub fee. It’s a great utility
