He is a leader who is focussed, organised, self driven and result based. He majored
the following responsibilities, though not so limited to the short listed, but to the
parameters within the institute's operating framework: planning, leading delegating,
organising, monitoring and evaluation, to produce a sterling job that significantly
arguments the endeavours of the Frontline program in producing good development
activists. He successfully acquired what it takes to work with human resources
particularly on such a multinational institute. We do not doubt that he is capable and
ready for any challenging bigger responsibilities.
