This document provides a checklist for inspecting an ADR tank-vehicle. The inspection found deficiencies in the transport documents, driver training certificate, placarding and markings, safety equipment like the anti-lock braking system and endurance braking system. Inspections of the tank construction, welds, and equipment could not be fully performed due to a filled tank. Certification documents were also not available. In summary, the inspection revealed non-compliances with ADR requirements for documentation, safety systems, and tank inspection and certification.
