OptiShore™ Delivery Model We worked with a leading print center in business process re-engineering collaborating with their  business and IT teams at onsite We work with a business and technology solutions provider in ODC model with a 80+ team in  our Bangalore Center We work with a home improvement retailer in UK and a gift solutions provider in the US with teams at  offshore and onsite in 80-20 ratio Onshore The duration and nature of the engagement or the lack of proper definition in certain types of projects requires work to be done completely onsite at the  customer's premises .
