Curriculum managers and educational experts are seeking ways to improve learning through teaching innovations. Some issues that have arisen include low academic performance potentially due to inconsistent curriculum implementation between schools and teachers. Additionally, stakeholders sometimes lack ownership of innovations, which can result from bandwagoning without manager support. Innovations also commonly face issues with lack of regular monitoring and evaluation after installation, resulting in teacher burnout from inability to adjust. The document proposes addressing these concerns through involving stakeholders in new curriculum development, responding quickly to changing times with innovations, and collaborating on implementation while reporting results.
