1. I have been employed with the Franklin County, Ohio GIS project for 23 years and have known Dave
Green for all of that time. Dave was a key player in making our GIS the success that it is today. His
knowledge of Photogrammetry, Cadastral mapping, Surveying and Programming were superb. But more
importantly to us as his client, was his unique ability to communicate very technical processes in a way
and at a level we all could understand. This greatly enhanced our confidence in both him and the
Company he worked for. Through many years and many contracts, our team at the County has always
specified to his employer that Dave “must” be the project manager on all work they perform on our
project. Quite frankly this is because we trust him, have total faith in his technical abilities, and his
communication skills put us at ease. It is understandable therefore why I would highly recommend Dave
to any and all prospective employers as well as future clients.

I have known Dave Green for several years as a volunteer Scouter for the Miami Valley Council (Boy
Scouts of America) in Dayton, Ohio. He was in charge of a large adult training program known as the
“Buckskin Trail” that taught scout leaders of all ages and backgrounds leadership and outdoor skills. My
interaction was both as a participant and staff member on the course. Dave was the leader of the course
and displayed both the organizational skills and temperament necessary to successfully leading a large
group of people towards a worthy goal. He was a motivational force to implement continuous
improvement; always striving to make him, his staff and the participants better each and every course. It
is those personal qualities that I feel make Dave outstanding candidate for any position he desires.
