Note: This is done to avoid a “Dipswitch Conflict” when the new Display is on the network.
Note: A popup “Confirm Action” message may
appear if the dip switch number changed from
the original factory setting. Go ahead and select
“Yes” to continue with the set up.

4. 4. Connect the N2K drop cable to the new Garmin Display
5. Load the boats digital CZone configuration to the new Garmin Display
• Select the “Load from Network” button. The new Garmin Display will automatically pull the
configuration from the network. (Home Screen / Settings / My Vessel / CZone / CZone Config File)
Note: A progress bar may show the transfer status while receiving the configuration from the network.

5. 6. Load the CZone configuration file from the Garmin Display to a SD card
a) Load a SD into the Garmin Display slot.
b) Select the “Save to Card” button. (Home Screen / Settings / My Vessel / CZone / CZone Config File)
c) The configuration will load to the SD card in the Garmin Display.
Note: A progress bar may show the transfer status while receiving the configuration from the network.

6. 7. Remove the SD card when the loading
process is complete.

12. The new Garmin Display will appear under the list of “Display Interfaces”
17.Save the new configuration file by
clicking on the “Save Config to File” and
adding a revision to the name to keep it
differentiated from the original file. (Ex.

18.Load the new revision configuration file
to the SD card. Remove the SD card from
the laptop and place it back in the new
Garmin Display.
