Indian experiences on Energye Efficiency in Steel Rolling Millseecfncci
Since the establishement of Bureau of Energy Efficiency in 2001 India has been implementing a lot of activities in energy-intensive sector. In Steel Rolling Mills with low-end and high-end technolgies considerable energy and cost sanvings can be achieved. The presentation was prepared in the Context of GIZ NEEP programm in Nepal in 2012.
Sohail presents on a number of innovative ADB initiatives including energy efficiency (CFL substitution) and energy substitution initiatives (electric tricycles). Sohail reminds us all that disruption is coming to the energy sector, as it has across so many industries, with looming storage technology evolution.
At the Asia Clean Energy Forum 2016 Ricardo Energy & Environment’s waste management and resource efficiency experts discussed a range of critical issues, including financial, institutional, policy, regulatory, engineering, environmental and social issues around the planning for and delivery of appropriate and effective waste to energy infrastructure in developing economies.
In this presentation Phil White discusses the revenues and costs of waste to energy.
Future possibilities for utilization of solar energy serc 2009 05-20Stefan Larsson
This is a presentation about the growing field of solar fuels and the balanced carbon cycle concept (B3C) that I made during my research in how we save the climate of planet earth within the economic boundaries we have in the current energy system.
Practically Delivering Energy-ReducingTechnology To Optimise Efficiency On T...Andy_Watson_Sim
This presentation was given at the ENDS conference in 2006. It looks at the various ways in which energy management and conservation can be enhanced based on working in strict financial boundaries. It also explores the use of CUSUM to establish when equipment is going out of normal working conditions.

Texas Tech University - Energy Data and the Transition from Deferred Maintena...FMA Summits
Texas Tech University has reduced its energy use index by 37% since FY2000. The successful measures were implemented during a time frame in which the energy data infrastructure has been gradually upgraded to effect a paradigm shift from deferred maintenance to persistent commissioning. This presentation discusses analytic methods that have been in use before and after those ongoing upgrades.
