This document outlines the requirements and procedures for an application development (AD) student log book at the School of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The log book must be used by AD students to report their project progress and document meetings with their lecturer. Students must meet with their lecturer at least once every two weeks for a minimum of 6 meetings per semester. Both the coordinator and lecturer have the right to not allow a student to present their final project if they do not comply with meeting regulations. The completed log book must be submitted along with the final project document.

2. STUDENT LOG BOOK NOTES
1) This log book needs to be used by Application Development (AD) student for
a purpose of reporting all progress of their AD projects.
2) It is the responsibility of the student that this log book is kept up to date and
that the student complies with the Lectures’ suggestionsand recommendations
as noted by the student in the log book and approved by the Lecturer.
3) Student MUST makes a regular meeting with a lecturer at least ONCE in TWO
WEEKS. A minimum numberof meetings for AD student-lecturermeeting are
6 times per semester.
4) The Coordinator and Lecturer have a right for not to allow the student to
showcase their project if this regulation is not complied.
5) This log book has to be submitted together with the finalProject Document
