This document outlines an action plan by the Pantalan Senior High School Science department for the 2021-2022 school year. It aims to help teachers create instructional videos to supplement modular distance learning by applying digital tools. Teachers will participate in focus groups and coaching sessions to learn how to create digital content. They will then produce at least one instructional video applying the new skills. The videos will be shared with students as additional learning materials to reinforce concepts from their modules. The goal is to equip teachers with skills for developing technology-enhanced teaching methods.
