entrepreneurs, private equity is a form of financing that
relies on funds directly from third-party investors. Often,
this occurs through venture capitalists and private equity
firms.
- Equity financing - a form of financing in which a buyer
sells corporate securities to raise money, which is then
used to find an acquisition.
