A wholly owned subsidiary of The Ninigret Group. Ningret Realty Capital operates as a self-sustaining capital markets group and
executes $100M of transaction volume per year with a primary focus on opportunistic lending on distressed real estate transactions.
Managing Director, Originations
Direct the efforts of four origination professionals covering primary and secondary markets in the U.S. Take the lead in
sourcing transactions in the market from property owners and investors as well as the brokerage community.
   Provided leadership in underwriting, acquisition and investment.
    o Facilitated the underwriting of approximately $500M in proposed transactions.
    o Closed nearly $60M in bridge debt and property acquisitions since Sept 2009.

Antares Real Estate Partners, Stamford & Greenwich, CT                                                            2004 – 2007
A startup, private, vertically integrated owner/operator/developer of value add real estate, with asset focus ranging from ground up
construction of luxury ($10-$30M) single family homes, to retail, multifamily, hospitality and office properties.
Vice President, Head of Capital Markets Group
Drove business development in Westchester and Southern Fairfield counties that contributed to the company’s rapid growth from
six employees to more than 300 employees and balance sheet growth to more than $10B based on projected stabilized values.
Held authority for debt capital markets activities and acquisitions underwriting, while providing additional leadership in
marketing, accounting, legal and asset management. Sourced, hired and directed the efforts of eight acquisition and asset
management associates and analysts. Provided peripheral management over property managers, construction managers,
accounting staff and administrative staff.

   Sourced, underwrote and financed the closing of approximately twenty real estate transactions aggregating nearly $2B of
    total capitalization with a concentration in multifamily, value-added office and mixed use construction.
   Sourced, structured and closed a $100M JV with Goldman Sachs for a value added office fund.
   Sourced a $40M common stock investor, which purchased a 25% share of Antares. Took the lead in structuring and
    closing the transaction.

National Australia Bank, New York, NY                                                                       2003 – 2004
A financial services organization with major financial services franchises in Australia, as well as businesses in New Zealand,
Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Loan Officer, Real Estate Finance Group
Played a pivotal role in a three-person team tasked with managing all lending activities for properties and borrowers located
in the continental United States. Drove improvement in existing relationships and existing loans on the books. Proactively
sourced new business from both existing borrowers and prospective new borrowers.
 Directed refinancing of approximately $300M of existing loans and lines of credit.
 Originated and underwrote nearly $100M in new loans, including lines of credit, ground up construction and various cash
     flowing collateralized loan facilities.

Managed company lending activities for properties and borrowers located in and around the NY Tri-state area. Facilitated

 Assisted in the completion of over $1B of transactions inclusive of new loan originations, secured and unsecured lines of
    credit facilities, ground up construction financing, loan extensions, modifications and refinancing.

Antares Real Estate Partners, Stamford & Greenwich, CT 2004 – 2007 A startup, private, vertically integrated owner/operator/developer of value add real estate, with asset focus ranging from ground up construction of luxury ($10-$30M) single family homes, to retail, multifamily, hospitality and office properties. Vice President, Head of Capital Markets Group Drove business development in Westchester and Southern Fairfield counties that contributed to the company’s rapid growth from six employees to more than 300 employees and balance sheet growth to more than $10B based on projected stabilized values. Held authority for debt capital markets activities and acquisitions underwriting, while providing additional leadership in marketing, accounting, legal and asset management. Associate, Real Estate Group Managed company lending activities for properties and borrowers located in and around the NY Tri-state area. Facilitated new loan origination and managing the group’s existing portfolio of loans and borrowers.  Assisted in the completion of over $1B of transactions inclusive of new loan originations, secured and unsecured lines of credit facilities, ground up construction financing, loan extensions, modifications and refinancing. CAREER NOTES Early career success as a Fixed Income Analyst with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, a now defunct US investment Bank. Facilitated the structuring, packaging and sale of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities to secondary market bond investors.
