1. From Our President:
What a busy month March was! Much activity took place as
we put the final touches on our 5th Annual Power of the Purse
fundraiser. My sincere thanks to all the committee members,
volunteers, local business owners and contributors who made
this event a success. Spring is finally here so I hope everyone
has shaken off their winter blues as we look forward to our
next fun activity! Our Bunco Bash is scheduled for April 30th
at Forest Lake Clubhouse. This is such a fun event to support
a great cause, Relay for Life, so start spreading the word to
family and friends! Also, our economic development
committee met for a second time and we have some new
ideas that we will be presenting soon for the membership to
discuss. Stay tuned! Respectfully,
Lauri Adams
