This document discusses the development of an e-learning induction CD for accredited training courses at QITE, a community organization that delivers employment and training services. The CD aims to standardize the delivery of common induction elements, such as information about competency-based training and RTO policies, through multi-modal content. This allows trainers to supplement in-person induction sessions and provides learners with a self-paced induction option. The benefits are expected to include reduced trainer time spent on induction, ensuring all necessary content is covered, and enhanced flexibility in induction delivery.
