What is accountability?
Accountability is balminess, liability, and answerability of
given account.
Accountability is something that happens when performances
wanes, problems develop, and `results fail to materialize.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We are not work hard enough? We are not meeting
expectations?
Management isn’t hard enough when
commitments aren’t met?
Accountability is a personal choice to rise above
one’s circumstances and demonstrate the
ownership necessary for achieving desired result
to see it , own it and do it. This definition
includes a mindset attitude of continuously
asking:
“What else can I do to rise above
my circumstances and achieve the
result I desires?”
“Even I don’t control the
circumstances, I do control it.”
and get to know:
“I am smart”
 Define sales figure.
 Specified period of your product.
 Define your goal.
 Make it clear to all of your managers and
employees.
 Define clear results within your organization.
 When you assume full accountability for your
thoughts, feelings, actions, and result can
direct your own destiny; otherwise someone
or something else will.
 You have to be aware from influence events
and outcomes before they happen.
 This give you help in business character,
strengthen global competitiveness, heighten
innovation, improve the quality of product
and service produced.
