1. Greenfield is proud to be working with this leading retail & corporate bank. As an account Manager, you will act
as the first point of contact to the bank’s prospective and existing clients. You will develop and manage a client
portfolio in accordance with the banks business objectives.
Due to rapid headcount expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is German speaking,
looking to develop and progress their career within the banking industry.
The Role:
• Providing financial advice to clients
• Arrangement of commercial meetings and presentation of the banks products and services
• Management and development of existing clients.
• Representation of the banks image and corporate values
• Identification of potential sales opportunities and business development
• Involvement with the improvement of operational procedures and product offering.
• Reporting of customer complaints to management team
The Profile:
• You hold a University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar trough
experience
• 5 years of experience within a financial institution and preferably within retail and/or corporate bank
• Fluency in English and German
• Network on the German or Luxembourgish market
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly
• You hold excellent negotiation and sales skills
