DATE MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT
April 21, 2014 Department of Agriculture and Sir Marlon
conducted a brief orientation for the SPES
beneficiaries assigned to the City Nursery.
April 22, 2014  Clean our assigned surroundings in the
City nursery.
 We packed 564 in the seedling bags
April 23, 2014  We packed 364 in the seedling bags
again.
April 24, 2014  Picking of paper tree
 Dehulling of paper tree (1 sack)
April 25, 2014  Dehulling of paper tree (1/2 sacks)
April 28, 2014 For the second week of our summer job. We
reported at the City hall and stayed at the
Imelda Cultural Center to performed simple
tasks for the incoming Farmers’ Festival.
 Team leaders’ meeting in the
Department of Agriculture office for
discussing to us about our assigned
work during Farmers’ Festival.
 Discussed the agenda about the meeting
to my members then ready for the
Zumba.
April 29-30, 2014  We assisted the city employees and
help them prepare the stage for the
Zanjeras for putting up booths and
exhibits.
 Stage decorations at Imelda Cultural
Center.
 We went to PhilRice and took up Palay
seeds.
May 1, 2014  City employees including SPES,
farmers, and Zanjeras are required to
attend the ‘Thanks giving mass’ at the
Immaculate Concepcion Parish.’
 We serve the food items to feed the
Zanjeras and City employees
 Agri Bingo Part I was held at the ICC,
we, SPES has different area to look up
and assists the bingo players at ICC
May 2, 2014  Group 4 was assigned to assist

2. Samiweng ni Zanjeras at the morning.
 We seek those Zanjeras from different
Barangay to join the singing contest.
 We attended the ‘Search for Balasang
ti Away 2014’. Some of the SPES were
assigned to assists the candidates of
Balasang ti Away
May 3, 2014  Fun Run with Obstacles
 Mrs. Violy Daradar Nalupta asked me
to buy snacks.
 Agri Bingo Part II at ICC, we assisted
the bingo players.
May 5, 2014  In the morning, ‘Cyber Village Olympics
cum PhilRice Services Express’ were held
at the ICC. We,SPES had to participate on
this kind of activity.
 We participate to dance the Zumba at the
front activity area.
May 6, 2014  Performed simple tasks like preparing the
matters that will be there in the Grand
parade this afternoon.
 In the afternoon, we attended the Grand
parade and parade of floats from.
 We get the Cluster 10’s (Farmers, Women,
Youth and Barangay officials) attendance.
May 7, 2014  We arranged the chairs at ICC for the
awarding of winners.
 We assisted the people upon distributing of
Hybrid vegetable seeds and Palay seeds for
Community seed banking then in the
afternoon, distribution of subsidized palay
seeds for farmers.
May 8, 2014  We reported at City nursery and meeting
the second batch province.
 We gathered Mahogani to plant.
 Packing of 60 soils in the seedling bags
then planting Mahogani.
May 9, 2014  Cleaning the surroundings.
 Packing of soils in the seedling bags.
May 12, 2014  Packing the soil to the seedling bags.
 Separating the reject mangoes to dehull.
May 13, 2014  Dehulling of Mango
 Planting the seeds of 400 mangoes we
dehulled.
May 14, 2014  Accomplishing 128 seedling bags.

3. The Special Program for the Employment of Students is an affair that encourages
young ones like me to turn our idle time into productive hours and needed income for school-
related expenses. There are many things that I’ve learned during my work such as; spending my
time in different assigned task and never waste it, I also enhance my ability to interact with other
people when the Department of Agriculture gave us the chance to attend the field for “Team
Building” that is related to my course. This program taught me that every work isn’t hard if
you’ll work with your heart and mind. As the team leader of Group 4, my ability of leadership
arouse, including my ability to cooperate and lead the group to have a better result of the tasks in
City nursery.

 Engineer Diculen took us to a field for the
team building at Mabaleng then to
Nagbacalan.
May 16, 2014  Dehulling of 2 cases of Mango.
 Putting the Mangoes to the garbage.

 3 cases of mango seeds.
May 20, 2014  Planting those Mango seeds.
 Seedlings-approximately 3000.

soil to the seedling bags.
