Setting Up Your Aplia Account

2. 1. Open your browser in INTERNET
EXPLORER. Go to Tools and
select INTERNET OPTIONS
2. Click on the PRIVACY TAB and
3. Scroll the sliding bar down until it
reads ACCEPT ALL COOKIES

3. 4. Uncheck the box that reads TURN
ON POP UP BLOCKER
5. Now login to Blackboard and go
to ASSIGNMENTS clicking on the
DRE Folder
6. You may be prompted to enter your
subscription code that was packaged with
your textbook.

4. 6. Click on APLIA
7. Click on your
section (46 for MWF
and 50 for T/Th)
8. You will be prompted to enter a COURSE
KEY which again identifies you as my
student:
HVB6-VWVX-LSDH

5. 9. You should now be logged into Aplia’s
home screen. Notice there is an
announcements section
10. There is also an ASSIGNMENTS section.

6. You will complete all 16 question sets
which total 82 questions.
Remember, this is a pre-test,
assessing what you know now.
Do not worry about your score—
do your best but do not look up
answers or stress over any
questions. Just select what you
think is the correct answer. You
will earn credit by completing
this, not your actual score.
