This document describes a 3-axis accelerometer sensor with selectable sensitivity between 1.5g, 2g, 4g and 6g for applications like cell phones, navigation, gaming, and robotics. It has low power consumption of 500uA in active mode and 3uA in sleep mode, fits in a small 6mm x 6mm x 1.45mm QFN package, and its pin connections allow selecting sensitivity and entering sleep mode.
