Biji buah nangka merupakan limbah buah nangka yang cukup melimpah yang pemanfaatannya masih minim. Dengan kandungan gizi yang cukup tinggi,biji nangka berpotensi untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai tepung. Berbagai penelitian dari bahan-bahan tepung biji nangka telah dilakukan, tetapi modifikasi tepung biji nangka belum dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh variable proses modifikasi yang meliputi waktu inkubasi dan persentase enzim -amilase yang ditambahkan terhadap karakteristik tepung biji nangka termodifikasi, serta untuk mengetahui kondisi optimum proses modifikasi. Proses modifikasi tepung biji nangka dilakukan dengan menambahkan enzim -amilase dari kecambah kacang hijau yang telah di blender kedalam 180 gr tepung biji nangka, perbandingan kecambah kacang hijau dan air 1:1. kemudian diinkubasi pada suhu 30 oC selama waktu yang telah ditentukan, selanjutnya dikeringkan pada suhu 40 oC, setelah itu diayak dan dianalisis hasilnya. Variasi waktu inkubasi 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7 hari, sedangkan variasi konsentrasi enzim yang ditambahkan 5%,10%,15%,20%,25% 30%, dan 35% (% b/b). Hasil penelitian menunjukan waktu inkubasi optimum pada modifikasi tepung biji nangka menggunakan enzim-amilase adalah dua hari. Pada waktu tersebut dihasilkan kadar protein tertinggi, yaitu 14.57%, kadar lemak 0.42%, kadar serat2.57% , kadar abu 0.7%, kadar air 10%, DSA 31%, dan DSM 12.25%. Sedangkan konsentrasi enzim optimum pada modifikasi tepung biji nangka menggunakan enzim-amilase adalah pada penambahan enzim 35% . pada konsentrasi tersebut dihasilkan kadar protein tertinggi, yaitu 17,59%, kadar lemak 0,34%, kadar serat 2,16% , kadar abu 0.73%, kadar air 10.15%, DSA 33%, dan DSM 11%.

Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
2. Where we live
• Students in our class live in 3 areas:
1) The Countryside
2) Himatangi Beach
3) Foxton
Our school has got about 75 students in it from
ages 5 – 12. After our school the students go on
to high school for 5 years until Year 13.
3. The Countryside
• Braxton, Toby, Ava, Emma, Keegan, Dayjarn,
Molly, Lydia, Rua-Matipou, Luke, Tyler, Peyton
and Niamh all live in the countryside.
• Some of us have cows, chickens, roosters, pigs,
horses, rabbits, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and bulls.
Molly’s family has 755 cows on their farm. Tyler
and Emma have thousands of chickens because
they raise them for the shop.
5. Himatangi Beach
• Cearna, Logan, Shay, CJ, Tiopira, DeShontay,
Levi and Shanelle all live at Himatangi Beach
which is about 10 mins drive from Oroua
Downs.
• Logan says it is a beautiful beach and we are
even allowed to drive on it with our four-
wheelers and horses!
7. Foxton
• Benjamin lives in Foxton. He used to live in the
countryside but now lives in the nearest town
to Oroua Downs which is called Foxton.
• Foxton is a small town with a high school,
supermarket and a few cafes and fish and chip
shops!
9. Our School
• Here are some interesting things about our

• We have two swimming pools here
• We have a big playground
• We have a PE shed where we can get things
out at lunchtime to play with
• We can take scooters to school
• We have a big field to play sports and games
10. • We have an environmental area where we can
sit down and relax in the trees
• We have gardens that students plant
vegetables and fruits in
• We have a passport party at the end of each
term for those students who display our
school virtues of respect, excellence,
teamwork and creativity.
• We have two courts to ride our scooters on at
lunchtime and play netball or other games
• Most of us catch a bus to get to and from
school
