Henderson Valley Primary School is holding their first gala in over 9 years on March 25th to raise funds for their school network upgrade project. The gala will feature performances by local bands, food stalls, activities including a bouncy castle and dunk tank, and raffle prizes including a free castration from the local vet. Television host Tamati Coffey will also broadcast his weather report live from the school for TVNZ's Breakfast show on March 23rd. The gala aims to bring the community together while fundraising for improvements to the school's technology.
