years.
I graduated in 2011 from Chanhassen
High School
6. Jobs
In
the past I have worked as a babysitter,
a sandwich shop / deli employee, a
camp counselor and teacher.
Currently I work for the Annual Fund as a
student caller to raise money for MNSU
Mankato.
7. Extra Curricular
I
am involved in many music ensembles
around campus, my main one currently is
playing trombone in the pit of Kiss of the
Spider Woman for the Theatre
Department.
In High School I was co-editor of my
school newspaper, a member of the
volleyball team and various music groups.
8. Family
I
have one sibling. His name is Adam and
he is 19 years old.
My parent’s names are Terri and Bruce.
I have two cats; Sunny and Jake.
9. Random Facts
I got my black belt in Karate when I was a
freshman in high school.
I spent Summer 2013 in China touring with a
music group and then I stayed longer and
worked teaching at a summer camp as well
as a college.
I have eaten a wide variety of foods including
pigs tail, snake, donkey, grasshoppers, larva
and even dog meat while I spent time in
China.
Ironically before I went to China I was a
vegetarian for over five years.
10. How was my weekend?
On
this past Friday I cut my finger in a
push blender and had to go to the ER to
get stiches because I wouldn’t stop
bleeding; we got pulled over on the way
there because my friend was speeding.
The cop ended up escorting us to the
hospital.
11. Future Goals
I
hope to graduate from MSU Mankato by
2016 with a degree and go abroad to
teach music somewhere. After spending
the past summer in China, I realized that
travel is something I really want to do, and
what better way than through teaching?
My older cousin currently teaches music in
Seoul, Korea and is excited to hear that I
am interested in pursuing the same things
as he has.

When
someone says they’re going to do
something and they don’t follow through.
There is a random set of numbers that I
like my radio to be at in my car, and if it
isn’t on one of those it bothers me.
