 I tried studying a
little too!!!!

4. Surat – FUN all the way!
 My Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts and
Cousins stay in Surat. It’s my favourite
holiday destination.

5. Facts about Surat
 Surat is in Gujarat.
 Surat is the Diamond Capital of the world. 8
of out 10 diamonds in the world are polished
in Surat.
 Surat also produces the most polyester
sarees in the country.
 Surat is one of the cleanest cities in our
country.

6. Surat – Visit to
Supermarket
 My aunt took me and my
cousins to Big Bazaar
 We took our Trolleys and
started picking up different
food items
 My aunt taught me how to
look for Expiry Date and the
Vegetarian Sign
 I understood that we should
not buy food which is older
than the Expiry Date.
 I now know that
identifies vegetarian food

7. Making Good Cup
Cakes!
 My Aunt decided that we are
going to make cup cakes and
use them for a good cause.
 I poured water into a small
vessel and boiled it. Then I
added half a spoon of Butter,
1 spoon of Baking Powder and
1 cup of Flour and Sugar. I
mixed these properly and then
poured the dough into the
Baking Cups. My aunt placed
the cups in the oven
 The Cup Cakes soon were
ready. We then put Strawberry
Syrup on the Cup Cakes and
they were ready!!

8. Selling the Cup Cakes!
 We then went to different houses in the colony
and sold the Cup Cakes.
 We had decided to use the money for buying
gifts for the children of the househelps.

9. Back To School
 Now it is study time!
 I am glad to meet all my friends again!
 Bye Bye Summer !!
