claim page.
 Identify the component at fault and the fault itself. Identify the root
cause by using tools such as GCM, TOPIX, VFD, Micro CAT etc.
 Analyze claims and bin them to appropriate and correct projects.
 Rebin claims to other appropriate VFGs if component fault is not
owned by Powertrain.
 Defer the claims for which project does not exist and suggest a
project name as well to the VFG.
 Discuss queries and deferred claims via a weekly dial-in with VFG
Engineer or PVT Lead.

 To make a part design of the component as per the conducted study
and analysis after getting the roof panel (Sunglass holder housing
data) from the client.

SRM University during January 2014 – April 2014 as Final Year Project.

Characteristics by Turbocharging at Ashok Leyland Technical Centre, Chennai in December 2013.
 Improvement of First Time Quality (FTQ) of Chevrolet Sail-UVA in General Motors India Private
