Human Powered Vehicle Challenge, GIKI (April 2013):
Designed and fabricated a tri-wheeler human powered vehicle with speed, safety and
endurance all under consideration at the same time. And won first and third prize.
HVAC System Design of HUAWEI Telecom Center UET Lahore (2014):
Calculated cooling loads and designed the duct system for the building.
Turbo Jet Engine (2013):
Fabricated an engine using the turbocharger of a vehicle working on the principle of a jet
engine.
Six Stroke Engine (2014):
Modified a standard 4-stroke Honda CD 70 engine into a six stroke engine with water
injection. Worked on modifications such as cam and sprocket modification.
Study and review of Project Evaluation, Optimal Design And Operation Of
Cogeneration Technologies:
Cogeneration technologies produce both electricity and steam from a single fuel source.
It have certain inherent advantages like reduced energy costs, fuel saving, enhanced
reliability of power supply.

Worked on Mechanical Maintenance Block-1. Understood the complete working of Mixed Cycle of
Gas Turbines and Steam turbines and working of their major components from oil intake to
exhaust and power production.
Nestle Pakistan Limited (Kabirwala Factory) July 2013 – August 2013 (6 Weeks)
Understood the layout of different sections including Powder Plant, Standardization, packaging,
Evaporator plant, dry tipping section and Filling Section. Done assessment of screws and Bolts.
Moreover, learnt about 6 sigma & safety procedures at the plant.
