“Reduction of Weight & Increasing Cooling Effect of Disc of Disc
Brake”
Description
This project was Sponsored by Nipurn Engineering Pvt. Ltd Kolhapur.
The objective of this project was to reduce the weight & increase the
cooling effect of disc of disc brake. For that the Various models of brake
disc have modeled in modeling software and the Thero-Mechanical
analysis is done in Ansys workbench V13 software of the modeled discs.
from the results of Thero-Mechanical analysis the best disc is selected.
The analysis results have validated by experimental testing.

2. B. E. PROJECT:
Name “Static Stress Analysis of Roll Cage of BAJA Vehicle”
Description
This project was mainly focused to create the Analysis of roll cage of BAJA
vehicle by using ANSIS Software and Experimental Stress Analysis by using
Strain Gauges.
DIPLOMA PROJECT:
Name “Propeller Shaft Drive Vehicle”
Description
This project was mainly focused to create the 2-Wheeler Vehicle to drive with
propeller shaft so as to minimise the chain losses as power loss, torque loss and
have Performed the Design of the propeller Shaft.
WORK EXPERIENCE
One year & six months experience of Assistant Professor in Automobile engineering department,
at Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Rajaramnagar.
Fourteen months experience as an mechanic, as I was working in SSI named as A. S. Garage
at Kolhapur in a period of 12/06/2008 to 30/08/2009.
