A study onwomenentrepreneurshipinharyanatheirdevelopmentandmainconstraintsAnuragSingh1049
Increased female entrepreneurial activity heralds a progress for women’s rights and optimization of their economic and social living index. Women entrepreneurship is synonymous with women empowerment. Parallel to the male counterparts, female entrepreneurs are catalytic in job creation, innovation and more than tangible contribution to the GNP of the country. An economy thrives when women get a level playing field as men. Innovation works as a catalyst or an instrument for Entrepreneurship. Indian Women, despite all the social hurdles stand tall from the rest of the crowd and are applauded for their achievements in their respective field. The transformation of social fabric of the Indian society, in terms of increased educational status of women and varied aspirations for better living, necessitated a change in the life style of Indian women. This paper endeavors to explore studies related to Women Entrepreneurship and Innovation in India. Few examples from Haryana, India have been taken to understand the study in a better way.

CHEAP AND MULTIPURPOSE DEHUMIDIFIER - DEHUMIDIFIER (PROJECT PUBLICATION AND P...Sajal Tiwari
A seminar was conducted IEI[Institute of Engineers (India)], Tripura state Center, Agartala for Mechanical Engineering Department for which the chief guest was Dr. Ajay Biswas our institute beloved professor. I along with my best friend Abhishek Kumar from the same batch as well as branch presented our project research report in front of expert panelists who were either professors or doctors in several organizations and students of first year who were ordered to attain the seminar in lust of snacks and a certificate which they can show during their campus placement drive session. The project presentation was fabulous and brought praises and constructive critiques from present faculties and panelists. As momento we were provided with a beautiful tea cup and awarded with a certificate from IEI briefing that we had successfully presented our research paper. The whole time duration was very charming and boosted my self-confidence.
CONSTRUCTION OF DEHUMIDIFIER - ANALYSIS REPORTSajal Tiwari
A dehumidifier is a bit like a vacuum cleaner: it sucks in air from your room at one end, takes the moisture out of it, and then blows it back out into the room again. The moisture drips through into a collection tank that you have to empty, from time to time. Dehumidifiers work in one of two ways—by refrigeration (cooling air to remove moisture using similar technology to a refrigerator) or by absorption/adsorption (where moisture is absorbed into or adsorbed onto a drying material and then removed). The refrigeration method is far more appealing since its functioning can be controlled far more easily and effectively, thereafter it can be used as an Air conditioner if needed. In this project, we are aiming to develop a dehumidifier that is conducive to the local weather and is cheap and effective simultaneously.
LASER BEAM MACHINING - NON TRADITIONAL MACHININGSajal Tiwari
Laser Beam Machining or more broadly laser material processing deals with machining and material processing like heat treatment, allowing, cladding, sheet metal bending etc. Such processing is carried out utilizing the energy of coherent photons or laser beam, which is mostly converted into thermal energy upon interaction with most of the materials. Nowadays, the laser is also finding application in regenerative machining or rapid prototyping as in processes like stereolithography, selective laser sintering etc. Laser stands for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. The underline working principle of a laser was first put forward by Albert Einstein in
1917 through the first industrial laser for experimentation was developed around the 1960s. The laser beam can very easily be focused using optical lenses as their wavelength ranges from half a micron to around 70 microns. The focused laser beam as indicated earlier can have power density in excess of 1 MW/mm2 . As laser interacts with the material, the energy of the photon are absorbed by the work material leading to a rapid substantial rise in local temperature. This, in turn, results in melting and vaporization of the work material and finally material removal.
ELECTROCHEMICAL MACHINING - NON TRADITIONAL MACHININGSajal Tiwari
Non-conventional machining system in which metal is removed by an electrochemical process. Characterized as ‘Reverse Electroplating’ means it removes metal instead of adding it. Normally used for mass production and for hard materials that are difficult to machine using conventional processes. Both external and internal geometries can be machined.
CHEMICAL MACHINING - NON TRADITIONAL MACHININGSajal Tiwari
The chemical machining processes include those wherein material removal is accomplished by a chemical reaction, sometimes assisted by electrical or thermal energy applications. This group includes chemical milling, photochemical machining, and thermo-chemical machining.
Thermal Engineering is a specialised sub-discipline of Mechanical Engineering that deals exclusively with heat energy and its transfer between not only different mediums, but also into other usable forms of energy. A Thermal Engineer will be armed with the expertise to design systems and process to convert generated energy from various thermal sources into chemical, mechanical or electrical energy depending on the task at hand. Obviously, all Thermal Engineers are experts in all aspects of heat transfer.
Many process plants (basically somewhere where some raw material or resource is converted into something useful, e.g. power plants, oil refineries, plastic manufacturing plants, etc.) contain countless components and systems which have to be designed in terms of their heat transfer; it is particularly important to ensure that not too much heat is retained so the component or process is not disrupted. Conversely, some processes or systems are designed to use heat to their advantage and a Thermal Engineer must make sure enough heat is generated and used wisely (i.e. sustainably).
MANGALYAAN - INDIA's MARS ORBITER MISSIONSajal Tiwari
India marked it’s first venture into the interplanetary space with Mangalyaan a Mars Orbiter Mission which will explore and observe Mars surface features, morphology, mineralogy and atmosphere. Further, a specific search for methane in the Martian atmosphere will provide information about the possibility or the past existence of life on the planet.
The enormous distances involved in interplanetary missions present a demanding challenge; developing and mastering the technologies essential for these missions will open endless possibilities for space exploration. After leaving Earth, the Orbiter will have to endure the Interplanetary space for 300 days before Mars capture. Apart from deep space communications and navigation-guidance-control capabilities, the mission will require autonomy at the spacecraft end to handle contingencies.
Once India decided to go to Mars, ISRO had no time to lose as the nearest launch window was only a few months away and it could not afford to lose the chance, given the next launch would present itself after over 780 days, in 2016. Thus, mission planning, manufacturing the spacecraft and the launch vehicle and readying the support systems took place swiftly.
INDUCED MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND ADVANCED APPLICATIONS OF NATURAL FIBRE COMP...Sajal Tiwari
Composite materials find their application in our day to day life. with growing climatic changes across our mother earth, it is highly required that we switch our demands towards products made up from natural fibers. Natural fiber though environment friendly have their own challenges i.e. less strength, high wear and tear during usage, reactive with surrounding environment and most important of all they have very weak mechanical properties as compared to synthetic fiber composites.
Thus, in order to counter these challenges, we have to enhance mechanical, chemical and biological properties of natural fibers through inducing mechanical properties, treatment with chemicals and modifying biologically or with nanotechnology.
First, we have properly elaborated about natural fibers their sources, classifications, examples, advantages and applications, then we have efficiently informed about natural fiber composites and their advantages and how they differ from synthetic fiber composites technically, environmentally, economically, physically and chemically.
After informing the basics behind natural fibers and natural fiber composites, we have given enough information on how to induce mechanical properties of natural fiber composites. To understand the method, we have given the chart of mechanical properties of different fibers in advance to understand the process efficiently. Then we have given several processing techniques like compounding and injection molding, modification procedures like physical, biological chemical and nanotechnology modifications and treatment using alkaline, silane, acetyl, benzoyl, acryl, isocynate, coupling agent’s permanganate peroxide and sodium chloride for inducing and enhancing mechanical properties of natural fiber composites.
Then we have informed briefly about the advanced applications of natural fiber composites in automotive and construction industry. Innovations in natural fiber composite industry in fields of electronics, sports and automobiles by different corporates in their own brands.
Then with the given data we have analyzed future scope of natural composite market in next 15 years by various nations and different industries in fields of automobile, construction and electronics for manufacturing various products.
To get precise report on natural fiber composites we have informed about present scenario such as driving motives to keep them in use, challenges faced and factors which affect the natural fiber composite industry.
KRAANTI - A JOURNEY TO INSPIRE | MENTOR-INVESTOR PROPOSALSajal Tiwari
KRAANTI - A JOURNEY TO INSPIRE emerged from the extraordinary and innovative minds of Sajal Tiwari & Himanshu Bisht, Entrepreneurial by mind and Generous by heart who are highly dedicated to inspiring youth to think about the Rural India by participating in the development of Rural living standards, technology, global reach, education, employment, business and attractive culture. We aim to achieve our vision by showcasing the Rural India lifestyle to the internet with several media platforms to make Rural India a better place.
Since we are from the social and rural environment, we always thought of uplifting the lifestyle standards of the Rural India. Thus, we are planning to make a remarkable journey across few villages where we will be meeting with few families and organize a campaign to make them aware of current government schemes to the elders and teach simple and fast mathematics to all the people so they don't face any calculation problems in their daily life. We are eager to explore several opportunities in Rural India where development is highly needed and want to draw the attention of youth to get themselves involved in it. Exploring creativity of kids while educating them some good lessons and organizing healthy competitions among villagers.
Our main focus will be showcasing the village lifestyles by meeting with few families and organizing campaigns, parallel documenting village life, rural lifestyle, family stories, problem assessments, opportunities showcasing and inspirational content from the specific villages in the form of video, audio, photographs, blogs, stories and documentaries to inspire youth for being a part in development of the Rural India.
Thus to reach out to specific villages and interact with the people through meetings and campaigns, we need a helping hand from an NGO well established in that region to understand the situations and lifestyle of people over there plus fund from an investor to carry out our journey across several villages.

ART
ABHINAV NIKETAN | ORGANIZATION PROFILE
RESEARCH
O
ne of most intriguing aspects about art today is its entanglement with theory.
In fact, contemporary art practice is now so highly saturated with theoretical
knowledge that it is becoming a research practice in and of itself. Artists
have not only taken up art criticism and negotiations, they now also integrate
research methods and scientific knowledge into their artistic process to such a
degree that it even seems to be developing into an independent form of knowledge on its
own. If this tendency is reinforced by the growing transfer of theoretical knowledge in the
course of restructuring art academies and establishing so-called artistic research projects,
such a blurring of the lines between art and theory could no longer live up to the classical
philosophical notion that art is ultimately a sensual form of truth.
ABHINAV NIKETAN is to develop artistic eco-system by enhancing and appropriation
of knowledge through evoking different, independent forms of knowledge, in order
to complement scientific research with artistic research. With regard to the relationship
between philosophy and art, this implies that artistic practice is more than just an application
of theory and that theory is more than a mere reflection on practice. Deleuze perceives this
unique relationship as a system of relays within a larger sphere, within a multiplicity of parts
that are both theoretical and practical.”1 Art and theory, in effect, are nothing more than two
different forms of practice interrelated through a system of interaction and transferences.
In this constellation, philosophy neither brings the arts to the point nor does art sensualize
philosophical truths; philosophy serves a knowledge-based artistic practice as a point of
reference, similar, conversely, to how art might affect theoretical practice.

large number of farm families is linked to agriculture. 85 per cent of small and
marginal farmers derive their livelihood from this sector. To make farming more
remunerative and to transform farmers into agriprenuers, research innovations
for low cost technologies, machines and tools are necessary. This year has been
declared by the United Nations as the International Year of Family Farming. This is the time
to stimulate active policies for sustainable development of agricultural systems based on
farmer families and cooperatives. Programmes such as Bringing Green Revolution to Eastern
India and National Food Security Mission have already provided the much needed boost
to productivity of major crops in several states. I am sure the thrust to increased agricultural
productivity will continue.
Science-led growth of agriculture has paid rich dividends as the developmental experience
of India’s agriculture has shown. Agricultural education has to be in the forefront of building
a scientific base for research and extension. Our agricultural universities have to play an
important role in imparting quality education to students, making them professionally
competent and socially sensitive. To harmonize agricultural education with excellence in
science and technology, they have to undertake initiatives aimed at faculty and institution
development, and reforms in governance and curriculum. ABHINAV NIKETAN will initiate
National Agricultural Education Project to improve and sustain the quality of higher
agricultural education. A contemplated innovative student programmes is to be stablished,
which stands for Rural Entrepreneurship and Awareness Development. ABHINAV NIKETAN
aims at building Agriculture Science Pursuit for Inspired Research Excellence, and attracting
and yetaining youth in traditional Indian agriculture.

ndia is the fourth largest energy consumer in the world after the United States, China,
and Russia. In recent years, India’s energy consumption has been increasing at a relatively
fast rate due to population growth and economic development. Rapid urbanization and
improving standards of living for millions of Indian households, the demand is likely to
grow significantly. In order to sustain the production, industries have opted for inefficient
diesel-fuelled backup power. India’s energy planning, which is based on the twin objectives
of high economic growth and providing electricity to all, is failing to meet either. Current
scenario of energy demand and supply demands the research and development activities
in exploration of new reserves. There are huge amount of potential available in the renewable
energy system which can be explored and harnessed to meet the energy demand. ABHINAV
NIKETAN aims at building a green and clean India by developing alternate sources of Energy
for the common people.

of environment to create an eco-system
that is both sustainable and equitable.
We aims at building the scenario
today demands using knowledge to bring about
change. In other words, working India’s democracy.
This is what we aim to do.The challenge, we see,
is two-pronged. On the one hand, millions live
within a biomass based subsistence economy, at
the margins of survival. The environment is their
only natural asset. But a degraded environment
means stress on land, water and forest resources
for survival. It means increasing destitution and
poverty. Here, opportunity to bring about change
is enormous. But it will need a commitment to
reform–structuralreform-inthewaywedobusiness
with local communities. On the other hand, rapid
industrialization is throwing up new problems:
growing toxification and a costly disease burden.
The answers will be in reinventing the growth
model of the Western world for ourselves, so that
we can leapfrog technology choices and find new
ways of building wealth that will not cost us the
earth. This is the challenge of the balance. Our aim
is to raise these concerns, participate in seeking
answers and – more importantly – in pushing for
answers and transforming these into policy and
so practice. We do this through our research and
by communicating our understanding through
our publications. We call this knowledge-based
activism. We hope we will make a difference.

BHINAV NIKETAN aims at developing Medical Eco-system of India in mult-lateral
way by bringing modern health technology to the people through innovations
related to diagnostic treatment methods and vaccines for prevention and to
coordinate the research activities in the different areas of Health Research in
the country. The country has attained considerable progress in biomedical
research and patient care and management over the years but new emerging infections,
resistance of the causative agents to existing common drugs coupled with emergence of
non-communicable diseases like cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, mental and
neurological disorders, poses a new challenge to the medical and scientific fraternity.
To focus on the creation of a cadre of trained medical/health researchers in specific identified
priority areas of health research viz., Clinical Trials; Toxicology; Good Clinical Practices (GCP);
Good Laboratory Practices (GLP); Quality Control (QC) & QA; Genomics; Proteomics; Clinical
Psychology, Geriatrics; Modern Biology; Biotechnology; Stem cells; Genetics; Drugs chemistry;
and operational research etc..
We aims to create, support, nurture and encourage the trainees from these medical colleges
to forge linkages with other scientists from universities, research institutes etc. to develop
multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral teams necessary for addressing critical national and
local health problems.

evelopment, whether it is human development or country development, is
linked to the proper growth and development of the technology in many ways.
Technological advancement happens when there become new inventions in the
science by highly skilled and professional scientists. We can say that technology,
science and development are equally proportional to each other. Development
in the science and technology is very necessary for the people of any nation to go hand in
hand together by the people of other countries. Development of the science and technology
depends on the analysis and proper understanding of facts. Development of technology
depends on the way of application of various scientific knowledge in right direction. ABHINAV
NIKETAN aims at helping the society adaptive towards the rapid technological change by
educating as well training them and develop a Hi-Tech Eco-system that benefits all.
In order to enhance the economy and betterment of the people of any nation, up-to-date
knowledge, technology, science, and engineering are the fundamental requisites. A nation
can be backward and the chances of being developed country become minimal in the lack
of science and technology.
Science and technology plays vital role in the modern life and profoundly influenced the
course of human civilization. Technological advancement in the modern life has provided
us lots of remarkable insights all over the world. Scientific revolutions has taken its full speed
from the 20th century and has become more advance in the 21st century. We have entered
to the new century in new ways and with all the arrangements for well being of the people.
Modern culture and civilization has become dependent over the science and technologies
as they have become integral part of life according to the need and requirement of the
people.
