2. INTRODUCTION
Women:
 definition :A woman, is not to be defined by style, culture, smell or
personality . A woman is a woman who faces millions of decisions and despite
what the world is telling her she chooses to make the right one. She puts up with
FAR more than she should. A woman gets back up and fights for what she wants
over and over again. Even though every time she's tried before, she's lost. A
woman is someone who when you look in her eyes, you can see your unborn
children.
EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN:
 definition :It refers to increasing the spiritual, political, social or
economic strength of individuals and communities. It often involves the
empowered developing confidence in their own.
Therefore women have to be developed in every field of
the society and has to develop personally and self awareness should be
maintained for the nation to be developed.
“March 8 was International Women’s Day, with events held around the world”.

3. Women in past
(good old past and then stopped ending)
•In the good old past, women were the game-players , then
suppression started may be cause of the culture brought to India by
the rulers attacks, it just happened so. And it went on.
•we stopped our dear females from getting educated ,we made things
worse for us.
•A female was limited to home and the male was for work . And this
greatly affected our economy ,even now.
•They were forced to many social evils like sati, childmarriages, female
infanticide ,dowry.. Etc..!
•The female was not much educated and they are force to be at
home and serve there male .

4. WOMEN IN PRESENT
The role of women in our society has changed significantly in the
past three decades.
Women and girls have many more opportunities and face different
challenges.
 The problems and challenges they are facing, their grievances their
ETC in the current scenario.
 Comments, gang rapes , suppression everywhere, in everything, I
bet no girl can walk all alone at 12 and Gandhi's independence will
never ever come to India .We bet.

5. Need for empowerment
 Women they are tender , sensitive, sweet . “Behind every man's
success there will be a woman “,as the saying goes.
What the hell does a good old grandpa’s and grandma’s know
about the problem of a teen girl, mind you politicians ,mind you ,
its not sending your girl kids with those grade security, THINK OF A
GOD DAMN COMMON TEEN GIRL..see the world from her shoes.
Increasing their reservation quota ,giving them more space, pulling
them into politics, giving them more powers, providing sthem
security, giving them god equal rights as like men..

How can Indian cities be made more secure for women to protect their
right to freedom of movement and safety? This series will focus on
violence in the public domain and the responses, strategies and
campaigns to resist such violence and make urban spaces safer for
women at all times of the day or night.
Think of a teen girl walking near the areas of brothels with fear in Bombay,
she is a school girl going on that way to her home in an asylum, she is not a
prostitute but that fear, that rage, that feeling why do she have that fear
when she say “I'm proud to be an Indian” on Aug. 15th
OUR OBJECTIVES

rights and gender equality
• Supporting women’s struggles against all forms of violence
ensuring access to safety, dignity, justice and rights
• Creative campaigns and educational materials on key feminist
concerns to respond to the programming and resource needs of
women’s groups, community and field organizations, media and
development organizations
• For self-security, women need to learn special skills like martial
arts

7. Today’s System
• We follow good old rule’s . We are reluctant for the change.
• Punish a brat who goes mad on girls. We just ask him to pay fine
and leave him off.
• Because he is a son of MLA or MP and that bastard will repeat the
same again.
• We don't have guts to change, and if some one comes and says we
will change, like Jayaprakash, We will so, "GO HOME AND PLAY
BRO“
Our Mentality's : Indian women are respected all over the world
expect in INDIA.

8. REALISATION ,MEASURES AND IMPLEMNTATION
• Today your daughter may go to a AC school.
• Think of a little girl who wakes up in the morning, cooks,
helps her mother at field , goes to school and again the
routine work and also scares of her drunk dad who beats
up his mother and her.
• Think of it. Imagine from her shoes. Even she is an Indian.
• She was offered free education with the money being
eaten by politicians. We should be shameful . We spoiled,
all of us, every Indian citizen is responsible for her agony.
• She will wait, that some one will come and change but
who??????
