and remain a head by breaking norms
 The party created a new trend in the country in a very short
period of its life span

redefined the political trends but also redefined the strategies on
how to manage organizations in present global environment.

 LOGISTICS THAT INVOLVED IN CAMPAIGNING IN
DIFFERENT LOCATION S
 AND IT IS ALBOUT ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND
LEADERSHIP
BACKGROUND
 AAM ADMI means a common man in Hindi.
 The party came into existence in 2012 and was inspired by the
anti corruption movement
 Its founders entered into politics with an agenda of establishing
corruption free society
 They gauged the sentiments of people who were dejected due
to poor governance
 Both the youth and the society were expecting quick result from
the part of government supported the new party
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
 Every startup has to study a lot from AAP.
 It had faced various problems
 But they encountered it very successfully
 And they had developed a new type of strategy
rather than following old convictional methods
 Learning– entrepreneur must do his market
research and planning well, have faith in himself
and being the venture without fear of risks and
failures .Resources can be easily managed if
efforts are sincere, consistent and honest.
LEADERSHIP AND TEAM
SKILLS
 LEADERS MUST SET AN EXAMPLE THROUGH STRICT
DISCIPLINE, SIMPLICITY AND INTEGRITY .THEY
SHOULD LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM OF THEIR
EMPLOYEES,CUSTOMERS AND OTHER STAKE
HOLDERS. A GOOD LEADER SHOULD BE CAPABLE
OF TAKING EVERYONE ALONG WITH HIM IN
SETTING AND ACHIEVING TARGETS
MOBLISING AND
MANAGING MAN POWER
 THE ONLINE MEMBERSHIP
 THE 10 RUPEE MEMBERSHIP
 LEARNING------- a manager must build a team of
few competent and sincere subordinates who
could further expend his vision, among employees
and business associates . Top executives should
also communicate directly through social
networking, e mails etc. involving stake holders in
planning and implementation of strategy , helps
in imbibing a sense of responsibility and ownership
among them

MANAGING FINANCES
 Organizations must budget their expenses
considering available resources . The accounting
records should be transparent so as to sustain the
trust of creditors, shareholders and government.
When there is a shortage of resources one or
more or more activities should be clubbed
together to optimize the expense
MARKET ENVIRONMENT
 Customer’s changing needs are often ignored by
the established players who at times are unable
to foresee or comprehend the changing trends
and business environment. How ever the new
entrants who often come with such
understanding succeed due to innovation in
product and promotion
BRANDING
 A brand and its logo should align with the
personality and aspirations of the customer. It
must signify sincerity and capability to deliver on
its promises.
