AALIZ ADRIENNE WILLS
Aaliz A. Wills, the Principal of Strategic HR Solutions, has planned and
implemented Human Resource programs for over fifteen years. She has
expertise in communicating policies, innovating, corporate restructuring,
aggressive strategic plans resulting in increased production and profit. Her
background includes: Labor Law, Policy Development, Performance
Management, Benefits, and Wage and Salary Analysis, which she has
utilized for numerous client projects.
Prior to becoming a business owner, Ms. Wills served for 10 years as a
Manager/Director of Human Resources. She has industry experience in
high-tech electronics, securities, entertainment law, county, financial,
distribution, manufacturing, and health care. This experience enables her
to meet client needs as well as forecast future needs they may encounter as
they expand their business.
Ms. Wills started her career in Human Resources at the age of thirteen
years old. She was hiring and firing secretaries for her Father’s two
Printing and Conversion of Cellophane products Corporations. A ABA
Cellophane and MOCA Printing Conversion. Mr. Alvarez, her Father
started his business at the age of twenty-three, and became a self-made
millionaire at the age of twenty-nine. He taught Ms. Wills from the
Bottom-up. Ms. Wills clearly comprehends every aspect of business from
Manufacturing to Operations to Finance to Human Resources and is a true
business partner.
Ms. Wills mastered her skills she obtained through working at her Father’s
business. She became a founding member and was on the board of PIHRA
for District 14 in California. Ms Wills led the Career Network and assisted
other professionals learn to network to help them obtain positions in
Human Resources, brush up on interviewing skills and follow up on leads
to find full-time positions. She was the youngest leader in the group and
had more expertise than the majority of her peers.
Ms. Wills was in competition with others from the PIHRA group for
Human Resources Manager/Director positions, and many believed she
would never obtain one at her age. Ms. Wills was the first to land a job.
She was hired on the spot and became a Human Resources Manager for
Valentec International Corporation. A year later she was promoted to the
Director of Human Resources at their Costa Mesa facility. She was only
twenty-four years old.
Ms. Wills took the expertise she obtained and following in her Father’s
footsteps started her own Consulting firm in Human Resources. Now as
the Executive Vice President, Ms. Wills focuses on protection of her
client's resources. She anticipates liabilities from the implementation of
projects and organizational change, and limits such liability by sound and
experienced judgment. Her focus with clients is to form a strategic alliance
and provide excellent Human Resources strategies to assist them to
achieve their business success.
Additionally, she served as a Vice-Chair of District 14 and was the Chair
for the Orange County Career Services for Professionals in the Human
Resources Association (PIHRA). Ms. Wills was the youngest and Past
Founding Board Member of PIHRA. She is an active member of the
Society for Human Resources Management Association.
Further, Ms. Wills is educated in Business/HR Management and will be
certified as an SPHR. Ms. Wills is certified from Employers Group in both
Exempt vs. Non-Exempt Status and Wage and Hour Laws. Additionally,
she received her GEO Line Safety a Hazardous Communication and is
certified by American Management Association in CAL-OSHA

  • 3. AALIZ ADRIENNE WILLS Aaliz A. Wills, the Principal of Strategic HR Solutions, has planned and implemented Human Resource programs for over fifteen years.
