Before Starting our Presentation Need
Madrasah!
One of the major informal educational system, Madrasas
have contributed to our Country in many spheres like
freedom movement, preservation of cultural identity, literacy
Etc. Now the Madrasas are struggling within the floodlight of
globalization. Here we need Immediate measures to
transform the system of madrasa education to overcome the
Challenges of globalization, like the implementation of high
profile studies like M.Phil., PhD and Researching, teacher
empowerment programmes, innovative instructional
strategies, adoption of ICT in learning process and
introduction of vocational subjects etc.

The ARI plan to create the talented Aalim. Our Aalim will rival any in the
countryinworkethicanddedicationtolearning.TheInstitutionaffirmsthatit
will graduate well-educated students who have character, integrity, tolerance,
and vision. They will be committed to a life of learning, service, and leadership;
capable of making ethical decisions; and prepared to function successfully
withinadiverse,multicultural,andglobalsociety.

7. These are the landslide fall of our traditional Madrasah in Tamil Nadu, the reasons
attributed to this ranges from no proper recognition for Aalim, inadequate salary to
cover-up basic expenses, parent’s unwillingness to send their wards for Aalim colleges
and much more...
If this trend continuous for the next 10-20 years, the numbers of graduated Aalim will go
down to single digit and subsequently it might end up in zero (May Allah forbid)
Is it not our collective social responsibility to increase the number of graduated Aalim
every year and work for their welfare?
What needs to be done immediately is to equip the graduated Aalim with all the latest
knowledge and prepare them for leadership roles. We don’t need any magical wand,
instead a professional & strategic approach will help us to attain it.
