This document introduces Diana's family members, including her mother, father, sister, brother, and herself. Her mother works as a saleswoman in a restaurant and enjoys the beach. Her father works as a driver for a university and shares similarities with Diana. Her sister works as an accountant and is like a best friend. Her brother works in a factory and shares a close bond with Diana. Diana is currently studying English and enjoys photography, dancing, traveling and spending time with her family on weekends.

2. Mom
This is my mom, her name is Blanca. She
was born in the province of Azuay, She is 60
years old, but she looks young. She has a
good sense of humor, her father was a clown
and worked in the streets, her humor was
born from him. When my mother was
young, she worked from an early age to take
care of her mother, with her siblings they
played in the forest, and sometimes they
slept there. She likes fish and the beach
because of its weather.
She is a saleswoman, she works in a food
restaurant, where they make humitas,
quimbolitos and chicharrón, she is very
hardworking. She is very deferential to me,
she is very talkative and patient. But I am
very shy and I don't like waiting for
anything.
My mother fell in love with my father for his
intelligence, beauty and for being
hardworking and giving everything he needs
at home. She was always a support for
everyone and her humility cannot be
lacking.

3. Dad
This is my father, his name is Mauro. He was
born in the province of Azuay, but lives in
Quito, He is 62 years old, He looks like me
because of his light eyes and blond hair. He is
very serious and hardworking. When he was 18
years old his father had a strong character and
he left home to study and have his dreams.
When he was young he likes music and played
with his friends at important events. He
worked in a jewelry with his brothers and was a
taxi driver in the historic center of Cuenca.
When I was born, my father found a job in the
city of Quito and we moved. He is a driver, he
works in a university, he takes students on trips
and also leaves them in their homes after
school. I am equal to my father, he is tall and
white just like me, and we like the same things.
My father fell in love with my mother for being
a calm, beautiful and very honest person and
giving us support in all. He was always an
example to me for his great dedication that he
gives to any situation.

4. Sister
This is my sister, her name is Johanna, but
everyone calls her Johis. She was born in the
province of Azuay, but lives in Quito, She is
39 years old. She likes to be at home and
cook, but I prefer gardening and outdoor
activities. She always eats with me on
weekends for her work, because she lives far
away and we don't see each other much. She
has a husband and they are together for
more than 5 years, she has no children.
When my sister was young she liked to
watch series and movies, and go out with her
friends. She likes salads, eating a lot and
doing sports. She is cheerful and friendly, I
love her and I help her a lot to clean her
house. She is good at English and math. I'm
very proud of her.
She is an accountant, She works in a house
and bridge construction company. She likes
numbers a lot and run a company. She was
always my best friend for her trust and
support, she never leaves me alone and is
always with me in any difficult situation.

5. Brother
This is my brother, his name is Javier, but
everyone calls him Javicho. He was born in the
province of Quito. He is 37 years old, He likes to
play video games and read books. When I was
young, I played extreme games and ran on car
and motorcycle tracks. He likes many animals
and nature. He has a collection of classic cars
throughout his room. The automotive
mechanical study at the Ecuador Technical
Institute.
He is single, he has no children too. He is head
of production, He works in an enamel factory,
he packs to send the product to another country.
He dreams of having a classic car and having his
own car company. He and his friends have a
rock band where they hold events to support
people with cancer.
He looks like me because of his way of thinking
and being very intelligent. He always helps me
at home and every weekend we play video
games and go to the movies. He is affectionate
and annoying, when I am wrong he never misses
jokes and unconditional support from him.

6. Me
This is me, my name is Diana, I am 19 years
old, I was born in the province of Quito, I
finished my studies at Jim Irwin School, I
entered the ESPE University. I like music,
read books and plants. I am a student, I
study English. I really like to travel, meet
new people and other cultures. My passion
is photography, since I was a child my
parents gave me a camera and I took it
everywhere. I like to dance and help my
mother when she is with many things to do
at work. I have a small family, my brothers
are the most important thing I have in my
life for their company and the joys they give
me in my life. My parents take care of me a
lot and want me to get ahead in my life, I
look more like my father in feelings and
more like my mother in physical. I never
met my grandparents, they died when I was
born.
I love my family and they love me too. On
weekends we usually go to interesting places
like parks, museums, swimming pools. We
have fun all the time.
