5 basic steps to Avon success
     1. Approach Customer:
        Start your conversation with a compliment.
     2. Determine Customer’s needs:
        Ask open-ended questions…“What beauty products do you currently use?”
     3. Present & sell the benefits:
        Show the Brochure and match their needs with the appropriate Avon product.
     4. Answer questions and overcome objections:
        Use the Felt-Found technique to reassure the Customer/prospect... “My Customer Claire felt the
        same way. But after trying the product, she found that it made her skin look younger and fresher.”
     5. Close the sale:
        Ask for the order...“How many would you like to order today?” Then continue by asking, “Who do
