This study examines the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in the telecom sector in Tiruchirappalli, India. The author conducted a survey of 200 customers and used tools like factor analysis, percentage analysis, gap analysis and chi-square testing. Key findings include: 1) 38% of respondents use Airtel networks, 25.5% use Aircel, and 15% use BSNL. 2) Service quality factors were reduced to five dimensions through factor analysis. 3) Chi-square analysis found no relationship between network provider and customer trust. 4) 54.5% of customers were satisfied while the service quality gap was 38%.
