Introduction
 Customer satisfaction is a term frequently
used in marketing. It is a measure of how
products and services supplied by a
company meet or surpass customer
expectation.
COMPANY PROFILE
 Evolve HR Solutions (An opportunity to grow) is located
in Lucknow city and is happy to offer its expertise in
making a raw candidate an expert in his/her field.
Our tried and true system is based off over 7 years
of cumulative experience shared between our trainers.
We pride ourselves on setting up our candidates for
success in initial stage of carrier and are sure that
they will leave our sessions more prepared than they
have ever been before.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
 1. To study the level of customer satisfaction towards
Reculta Solutions Pvt Ltd in Lucknow City.
 2. To Study the customers requirement from the
Evolve HR Solution
 3. To Study customer opinion about services of
Evolve HR Solution
 4. To study the factors those satisfy and delight the
customer.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The research undertaken was a descriptive research as it was
concerned with specific predictions, with narration of facts and
characteristics concerning a study on customer satisfaction of
Evolve HR Solutions Services in Lucknow
 Research Methodology- Descriptive research design
 Research Instruments- Questionnaire
 Sample Universe- Lucknow
 Sample Area – Lucknow
 Sample Unit- Customers of Evolve HR Solutions
 Sampling Technique- Convenience Sampling Techniques
 Sample Size- 100
FINDINGS
 1. Evolve HR Solutions has excellent percentage of
customer satisfaction according to the data analysis
and Interpretation.
 2. Most of the people are satisfied with its low E-
Learning Services and Training service provided by
Evolve HR Solutions
 3. Based on the Manpower, most of the people are
satisfied with it.
 4. Based on Recruitment, Training services, E-
Learning Services most of the people are satisfied
with it.
SUGGESTIONS
 Evolve HR Solutions has to implement good
customer relationship management strategy
that enhances customer satisfaction level.
 The company can undertake R&D to improve
the existing feature which helps to increase the
customer satisfaction.
 As such, Evolve HR Solutions should focus on the
aspects, which will enhance the customer
satisfaction and thus the market share.
LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
 The scope of study is limited to the respondents are
selected from in and around Lucknow,
 Measurement of customer satisfaction is complex subjects,
which uses non-objectives method, which is not reliable.
 The sample unit was also 100 respondents.
 There may be some biased response from the
respondents.
 Some respondents did not provide the full data.
CONCLUSION
 Evolve HR Solutions is the best job board. The Evolve HR
Solutions have best ATS resume software as per needs of job
researcher. The Evolve HR Solutions also help customers to
clear the interview with of expert, experts will conduct
webinar for customers. The staff of the Evolve HR Solutions also
helpful for the customers and employee’s problem related to
the management system.

  • 2. Introduction  Customer satisfaction is a term frequently used in marketing. It is a measure of how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer expectation.
  • 3. COMPANY PROFILE  Evolve HR Solutions (An opportunity to grow) is located in Lucknow city and is happy to offer its expertise in making a raw candidate an expert in his/her field. Our tried and true system is based off over 7 years of cumulative experience shared between our trainers. We pride ourselves on setting up our candidates for success in initial stage of carrier and are sure that they will leave our sessions more prepared than they have ever been before.
  • 4. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY  1. To study the level of customer satisfaction towards Reculta Solutions Pvt Ltd in Lucknow City.  2. To Study the customers requirement from the Evolve HR Solution  3. To Study customer opinion about services of Evolve HR Solution  4. To study the factors those satisfy and delight the customer.
  • 5. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY The research undertaken was a descriptive research as it was concerned with specific predictions, with narration of facts and characteristics concerning a study on customer satisfaction of Evolve HR Solutions Services in Lucknow  Research Methodology- Descriptive research design  Research Instruments- Questionnaire  Sample Universe- Lucknow  Sample Area – Lucknow  Sample Unit- Customers of Evolve HR Solutions  Sampling Technique- Convenience Sampling Techniques  Sample Size- 100
  • 6. FINDINGS  1. Evolve HR Solutions has excellent percentage of customer satisfaction according to the data analysis and Interpretation.  2. Most of the people are satisfied with its low E- Learning Services and Training service provided by Evolve HR Solutions  3. Based on the Manpower, most of the people are satisfied with it.  4. Based on Recruitment, Training services, E- Learning Services most of the people are satisfied with it.
  • 7. SUGGESTIONS  Evolve HR Solutions has to implement good customer relationship management strategy that enhances customer satisfaction level.  The company can undertake R&D to improve the existing feature which helps to increase the customer satisfaction.  As such, Evolve HR Solutions should focus on the aspects, which will enhance the customer satisfaction and thus the market share.
  • 8. LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY  The scope of study is limited to the respondents are selected from in and around Lucknow,  Measurement of customer satisfaction is complex subjects, which uses non-objectives method, which is not reliable.  The sample unit was also 100 respondents.  There may be some biased response from the respondents.  Some respondents did not provide the full data.
  • 9. CONCLUSION  Evolve HR Solutions is the best job board. The Evolve HR Solutions have best ATS resume software as per needs of job researcher. The Evolve HR Solutions also help customers to clear the interview with of expert, experts will conduct webinar for customers. The staff of the Evolve HR Solutions also helpful for the customers and employee’s problem related to the management system.
