Small Group Counseling – Coordinate one time, weekly or biweekly small group meetings to
       bring students together in a safe and friendly environment. Discuss topics such as
       transitions, friendship/social skills, boys’ relationships with each other, girls’ relationships
       with each other, changing families, and anger management.
Individual Counseling – Meet with students as needed to address sudden or ongoing problems
       that interfere with students’ daily learning. Offer mediation to students for conflict
