2. The new way of approaching the university for the student

The purpose of this project is to redesign the current secretary of the
university online Milano-Bicocca, to help the students creating a pla-
tform that tracks its history, everything he does during the academic
years, from the start until the end of their studies, and gives the oppor-
tunity for greater interaction and communication with other students,
teachers and university instructors.
It’s been adopted an innovative platform, developed by DISCO with Ce-
friel in which the user can perform all the functions of a service and do
all the social interactions (peer to peer and social) useful for the servi-
ce itself.
