5. How It Works
Step 1: fill out short application that includes basic info
Step 2: applicants are internally screened by connect(ed)
Step 3: applicants connect with suggested matches

6. Business Model
Short-term: build traction and encourage students from
different faculties to sign-up for the platform
Intermediate: build relationships with small businesses
and organizations to add “sponsored” projects
Long-term: continue to explore sponsorship model and
expand into other post secondary schools

Continue talking with students from different faculties to
better understand what value they expect from the service
Develop a landing page where students can sign-up, and
maintain monthly correspondence with these students
Follow-up with mentors to show improvements to the
model and receive feedback to continue growing
