and shapes that are based on
mathematical formulas. When you scale a
vector image file, it isn't low res and there's
no loss of quality, so it can be sized to
however large or small you need it to be.

FILE
AI, PSD, PDF
A file that contains images,
graphics, and live text for
editing purposes.
THE PRINT FILE
PDF, JPG, TIFF
Vector and raster graphics set
at 300 DPI for printing. Often
includes bleeds and cutlines.
THE DIGITAL FILES
JPG, PNG, GIF
Graphics that have been saved
out as 72-150 DPI to be
displayed on screens.
