Here is an email marketing campaign that I wrote for my gym. It is a series of 3 emails each designed to persuade the reader to sign up for the 5K walk.

1. Subject: Champions For Children 5k Run/Walk - Earn a $25 9Round Credit
Hey 9Rounders,
Did you know that over 25,000 low-income children in the South Bay receive health care services from the South Bay
Children’s Health Center each year?
This is why we are proud to announce that we will be a part of their third annual Champions for Children 5k Run/Walk
on July 16th.
Besides the 5k, there will also be family activities, vendor booths, and a children’s festival.
Here are the details:
• Location: South Coast Botanic Garden, 26300 Crenshaw Blvd. Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274
• Time: 8:30 AM, Run/Walk begins and the children’s festival opens
• Registration: $35.00 for adults and $25.00 for children under 13

Starting tomorrow (July 9th
) registration goes up to $40 for adults and $30 for children.

We are just days away from the Champion for Children’s 5k Run/Walk.
This third annual event is sponsored by the South Bay Children’s Health Center, a non-profit that provides oral and
mental health care to over 25,000 children in the South Bay. (That’s about the population of the city of Seal Beach.)
Pre-registration has closed, but you can still register at the event.
Registration is $35.00 for adults and $25.00 for children under 13.
