4) Structure and layout: clear (4W1H), simple (stand alone headings, complex info in annex),
action-driven conclusion

4. SPEAK clearly
1) Profile the occasion, audience, location
2) Set up SMART objectives
3) Plan (clear start, middle, end, questions)
4) Use visual aids (professional, legible)
5) Rehearse (but keep natural)
5. PRESENT with energy
DON'T
1) get personal
2) argue by analogy (break down)
3) make excuse
6. ARGUE with strategy
4) draw irrelevant conclusions
5) reduce to absurdity
6) end up with no decision/action (let's give it more thought...)
7) over generalize or misuse statistics
1) Prepare (profile situation, consult others...)
2) Set up a goal (tackle weaknesses, enhance ability...)
3) Convey something of help/value to the receiver (be constructive)
