1. THE PROCEDURE PURPOSE
This procedure has the purpose to define process of the conclusion of the contract / the
contract with contractors / customers / suppliers (counterparts).
2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This procedure is applied by preparation and the conclusion of contracts and contracts
Electrical Instrumentation Construction Corporation.
3. THE REFERENCE TO DOCUMENTS
ISO 9001:2000, р7;
4. THE PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION
4.1. The account of requirements of the counterpart
The counterpart at the desire of Electrical Instrumentation Construction Corporation the
contract draught / the contract in which he completely states the conditions or requirements
goes.
4.2. The analysis of possible satisfaction of requirements of the counterpart
The contract draught / the contract goes to divisions and departments for consideration and the
analysis of conditions and the requirements exposed by the counterpart.
Results of the analysis of the contract draught / the contract are marked in the form of SEA
О701.01 "the ANALYSIS of CONTRACTS / CONTRACTS".
4.3. The notice of the counterpart on conditions and possibilities of execution of the contract /
the contract
After reception of results of the analysis, the contract draught / the contract is discussed at the
Chief engineer, and to the counterpart the written message on acceptance or change of its
conditions and requirements goes.
4.4 Preparation of the contract / the contract
Having discussed conclusions of all departments involved in the analysis and Electrical
Instrumentation Construction Corporation divisions, the technological department prepares the
variant of the contract / the contract.
4.5 Coordination of the contract / the contract with the counterpart

The Technological department (ПТО) / the contract directs the modified variant of the contract
on the coordination to the Chief engineer. It considers the contract / the contract, co-ordinates it
and directs to the counterpart on the coordination. If the counterpart co-ordinates the contract /
the contract, there is its signing.
4.6 Conclusion of the contract / the contract
After the definitive coordination of all points of the contract / the contract, signing of 2 copies
by both parties is made. The head of the company or the responsible person from each party
the signature establish the fact of the conclusion of the contract / the contract. ПТО assigns
number to the contract / to the contract and registers it.
4.7 Delivery of the order about contract execution / the contract
At reception of the original of the contract / the contract the General director gives out the
order about its execution.
In case of change of contract any of points / the contract in the conditions of its
realisation, procedure of signing of addition to the contract / to the contract is carried out under
the similar scheme.
As a whole procedure of the conclusion of the contract / the contract is represented on the
scheme 1.
