The given procedure describes managerial process by production which does not correspond to
requirements of specifications, standards, THAT of the project, etc.

4. The process description
Н – the process Beginning.
1. Reception of the information on discrepancy of production or establishment of the fact of
discrepancy.
The Controller on a platform of building or the manufacturer of works fix discrepancy of production
(a separate element of process, a part of the design documentation, marriage in the put equipment,
etc.). The information is transferred in the form of records, certificates, reports, results of gaugings.
The fact of discrepancy of production to requirements of standard documents, the design or
technological documentation is established at entrance control, at performance of control operations
and acceptance tests in the course of building.
2. Documentation registration.
The certificate about discrepancy of production is made out. It is carried out by the controller on
a platform or under the direction of the chief of a site.
3. Isolation of inappropriate production.
4. The discrepancy analysis.
The commission appointed the Chief engineer which structure includes the qualified experts,
makes the analysis of marriage and defines the further actions with inappropriate production.
5. Probably to use?
Depending on defect degree decisions on possibility of further use are made.
6. Probably to use without alteration?
7. Transfer to repair or on alteration.
8. Registration, the coordination and the statement of permissions to use of inappropriate
production.

9. Completion or correction of inappropriate production.
Completion or alteration of inappropriate production is carried out by division, the originator of
the admitted discrepancy

Control and test is carried out by the manufacturer of works with the assistance of
representatives ПТО, according to the procedures developed for these purposes.
11. Production has passed control or tests?
Whether there has passed production control or tests are defined by the controller or the
commission.
12. Transfer to the further manufacture.
13. Informing of the client.
The client is informed in the event that it is stipulated in the contract or the contract.

5. Responsibility and powers
Responsibility for an establishment of the facts of discrepancies, them актирования, decision-
making on such production, and its further use, is assigned to controllers on a platform and chief
