This document contains information about different types of heart rhythms as observed on an ECG monitor: 1. Normal sinus rhythm has a regular rate of 60-100 bpm, with each beat conducted normally through the ventricles. P waves have a uniform shape with one for each QRS. 2. Sinus bradycardia has a regular rate below 60 bpm, with each impulse conducted normally through the ventricles. 3. Third degree heart block shows a complete block between the atria and ventricles, with the atrial rate usually normal at 60-100 bpm and ventricular rate of 40-60 bpm. P waves occur independently of QRS complexes.
